Root Pruning Necessities
This is more or less a service for a younger tree as opposed to older trees. Doing root pruning on an older tree can damage its structure and leave it prone to death or falling.
These are guidelines that construction companies or contractors should follow when building structures near existing trees without wanting to damage them. The best thing to do would be to call in an arborist to make sure the tree’s roots are damaged via trenching or cut properly and not to close to the trunk to avoid permanent issues.
